Many of the benefits of music education is well documented. Increase self-esteem for higher cognitive abilities, the better the results of the SAT, music, learning is important for schools than anything else. Yet, schools continue to cut music and art programs because of budget constraints. The good news is that this opens a new world of home based business opportunities for entrepreneurs to help increase music literacy in their neighborhoods – or perhaps all over the world.
If you like music, a career in this field may be something to consider. Many musicians and music teachers have already left the 9-5 grind to start their own business. But it is not necessary to be musically trained to start and succeed. However, you must be willing to learn, and I love working with people, especially children.
